Since we produce consciously and have a zero waste and over-production philosophy (we have no stock left at the end of a season), we produce only what you need.
All apparel items are produced once ordered and we do not have a lot on stock . We gather orders once a week (at least) and send them to production. Deliveries will therefore take a few days longer then you may be used to.
Jewellery is also made to order and takes a fews days before we can ship.
We proceed all orders as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding!

We offer worldwide shipping incl. tracking number.
If you are located in Copenhagen, pick-up in person is also possible. Just pick the option at check out and we will write you an email to organise a pick-up time and location personally.
We do not offer express shipping, but if you need something urgently, write us an email so we can discuss how to make it work.
Orders including 2 or more items will be sent together in one shipping.
Shipping costs are indicated during check-out.
Delivery time varies according to the country/destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or local postal services.
Contact us via the contact form on our website before returning any items. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. Email subject: "RETURN", including your order Nr.
Contact us within 7 days after delivery to return any item. The product must be in its original condition, not used/worn nor washed. Ship the item back within 14 days.
Items excluded are: Beauty.
If you want to exchange your product or order another size, please return your first order. Then, place a new order.
We don't refund shipping costs on returns.
If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address or due to late pick-up at a parcel station, return costs will be paid by the customer as we cannot take responsibility for any third party debt.
We don't accept cancellations.
